Rental initial cost calculator app for iPhone and iPad

This application calculates the amount of money necessary at the beginning from the rent of an apartment · condominium you care about.
You can also calculate how much price range you can rent apartments and condominiums from the savings back calculated.

[Calculation of initial cost]
You can calculate the initial costs of renting a room by putting the contract start day, monthly rent. Also you can calculate the cost of car parking if you need.
Press [Calculate] it moves to the calculation result screen. It displays the initial cost and calculation result of the rent item.
You can register one image from [start camera] button or [select photo] button.
Press [Save], you can select whether or not to save the calculation result.
Press [Send], you can send the calculation result by e-mail. (In-App Purchase)
